According to media reports, Dell announced Monday, will be 3.9 billion cash acquisition of IT services provider Perot Systems.
Dell said it will pay 30 U.S. dollars per share purchase price of Perot Systems, and Perot Systems last Friday’s closing price of 17.91 U.S. dollars compared with a premium of 67%.
